RMA POLICY

TOP FENG LTD offers and provides a limited warranty to the original owner of our product against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for a period of one (1) year. We take pride in our products and our manufacturing process, striving to be the "best in the business" of manufacturing laptop batteries and accessories. Our motto is - "to offer products and services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations."

Should you encounter a problem while using a TOPFENG product, please call or email our customer services department at topfenge@hotmail.com first to determine the cause of the problem. Most likely, one or two simple instructions should take care of it. If the problem persists, we would like you to send the product back to us for repair or replacement.

Please follow these simple instructions for RMA returns:

Email our RMA service agent at topfenge@hotmail.com to obtain an RMA Number for a return; be sure to have the following information available when Calling:

  1. Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, invoice, packing, credit card statement).*

  2. Description of problem.

  3. Product name, model number and serial number.

  4. Where and when it was purchased.

  5. Contact information: First and last name, phone/fax number, return ship to address, and e-mail address.
    *(A proof of purchase is required for warranty purpose.)

Upon receiving your information, our service agent will issue you an RMA number, along with shipping instructions, so that you may return your defective item. When we receive the returned product, the RMA process will be expedited to ensure you receive a repaired or replacement products as quickly as possible.

Send the product to TOP FENG - prepaid and insured.

We will reject RMA returns if the following conditions exist:

1. Product returns that do not follow the above guidelines
2. Products show evidence of tampering or physical damage
3. Products with no serial number
4. Products that are beyond the warranty period
5. Products not sold by TOPFENG

If for any reason you are not happy with the product and want to return it for a refund, you should contact the store or reseller where you purchased it and follow their return policy. In most cases,? you should do it within 30 days of your original purchase
